"Amazing" I would recommend this villa to everyone! It is simply amazing. The villa is very very beautiful and very functional. It has all the amenities that one would need even for a family with three children. The view is simply breathtaking and you could literally spend your whole holiday just staring at the view from one balcony or the other, or looking at the bay whilst swimming in the pool. We loved it and the kids really really enjoyed it.

"Just great!" We spent three weeks at the Pinetree in September'13, and we fell in love with the place. In desperate need of relaxation, sun and sea, we found exactly what we were looking for. We stayed there, day after day, on our private balcony enjoying the views of the whole village and the sea, in our private courtyard sunbathing and reading. Enjoying the quietness and the summer breeze and having a glass of rose wine or a Greek coffee every now and then. We also had a couple of great BQs in our garden. And breakfast in the balcony which combined with the setting was a perfect start into the day. The rooms are just like at home with every comfort. Only two of us, so the space provide was more than enough great with a great sitting room and big modern kitchen table that gave us lots of space for reading/writing and surfing. The handmade guides in the Treehouse take you to the places you would like to visit but if you talk to the very helpful owners (always there to help but still making sure your have your privacy), you will really know where to eat, what to visit, when to visit, what to look for, ... really useful information! They are local people and very polite. Lots of places to swim but don't forget to ask them if you want to visit the best. We would definetely come back to enjoy such peaceful and relaxing days at the Treehouse of Ermioni again and again

"By far the best place we have ever stayed at. AMAZING." Our best holiday ever. We were blown away by such a special place. The photographs online looked amazing but when we arrived we could not beleive our luck. The views are INCREDIBLE and the furniture etc...astonishingly beautiful and of a high quality. The owners clearly have impecable taste. Even my husband, who never gets excited about such things, was excited. Settling in we found everything very comfortable (the beds especially and the sun longers) and everything so luxurious and we discovered something new everyday as there is so much detail. The sea views over the bay are astounding. I would sit overlooking them for hours. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and was very nice. The last holiday we had we were told the supermarket was 5 minutes walk but it was actually 30 minutes away so it was good to find owners who told the truth! The owners were brilliant from the moment we booked and were so helpful. The villa is a credit to them. The lady who looked after the villa during our stay was delightful and set the villa up for us very well. Spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was gorgeous. The garden was lovely, lots of plants. Even the area surrounding the villa is very tidy and well cared for. The bay and beach are beautiful. We are big Rhodes and Lindos fans so to find such a villa of this standard so close to Lindos was brilliant. We have been spoilt on that holiday as villa kalliopi is the crem de la creme as far as we are concerned. Before our stay we thought this would be our last visit to Rhodes as we need to visit other places but now we have found this place we intend to return again soon. Highly recommended.

"A fantastic island villa in beautiful Lindos" We spent a week at Villa Lindos Blue in April 2014. Arrival We arranged our car hire through Mary and Pavlos at M&S who were duly waiting for us upon arrival at the airport. A short 45 minute transfer and we arrived at the beautiful Villa Lindos Blue. The Blue Line development is located less than 5 minutes drive from Lindos, a quiet villa community overlooking the sea. From the moment we arrived, we know the villa was a special place and we immediately felt at home. James and Steve have put so much effort into ensuring every thing is perfect, down to the smallest detail. Villa A large kitchen area which is the most equipped villa i've ever been to, including dishwasher and washing machine! The dining area is also close to the kitchen if you prefer indoor dining or, as we did, you can eat out on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The living room has a large sofa and plenty of room for everyone to chill and relax. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space to store your clothes. Pool Area My favourite part of Villa Lindos Blue is the pool area. The new comfy sun loungers are so comfortable and this is where we spent the majority of our time. The pool is large and very refreshing in the warm sun. The BBQ area is great too. Local Dining Having a car makes getting around and see the island much easier, we had a great meal at Roula's in Lardos (10 mins drive from the villa) and a wonderful meal at Tambakio at St Paul's Bay. The bakery at Pefkos is great. Excursions - Acropolis at Lindos, a great walk up and just 6 euros for entry - great views of Lindos. - Lindos itself is essential, a wonder around the white washed streets and shops. - Rhodes Town - about a 45 minute drive from the villa and definitely worth a visit. - St Pauls Bay - beautiful bay, just 5 minutes drive or 15-20 min walk from the villa, crystal clear waters, great for a swim. -Prasonisi beach - furthest south of the island, great to see where the Aegean sea meets the med, fantastic for photos. - Lindos beach is also lovely with crystal clear water and lots of places to eat. Overall, I can't recommend a visit to Villa Lindos Blue enough, we'll definitely be back! Thanks James and Steve

"Great value stay in good area of Crete" Really happy with the quality and cleanliness of the Villa, air conditioning in every room, shower room and bathroom so great for 1 year old we had with us. Pool is good and has significant outdoor area (this is where you spend your time anyway) Would say a car is needed as hilly walk in the heat but taxi's are resanobale under 10 euro from bay to Villa. Almidya is very picturesque and Galvenhory is worth a visit. Also suggest a trip or two to Hania port. Communication from owner has been great and would recommend as superb value for money

"Don't bother to look at anything else." The apartment: Large, spacious & has everything & anything you could need from cooking utensils to large fluffy towels. Alpha Plus is on the 6th floor & shares the entire top floor with another apartment (the Beta- which is also very nice). The only thing above you is the gorgeous roof top deck. The apartments is located on a busy street. However, the owner does have another apartment that is on a pedestrian street if you are not interested in street noise. The pictures do not represent the apartment- it is considerably nicer!! The location: Direct access to many restaurants, shops & quaint cafes right outside the front door. You are away from the touristy area @ the Acropolis which allows for a more authentic Athens experience. It is about a 30 minute walk from the Acropolis. If you would rather take a cab- they are everywhere & cost $5 one way. The owners: Warm personable & genuinely want you to have a great experience. Nadia- the property manager lives 2 block away & is very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Carole, the owner was honest & quickly responded to all/any requests. When I ask Carole for her recommendation regarding which apartment to rent- she called the Alpha the "wow" apartment. I definitely agree.

"Wonderful villa, great views, extremely peaceful" We booked this villa as a peaceful 'get away ' and that's what we got. It is situated above a small village, on top of the hill. The only noise you hear when you're outside the villa comes from either bees in the lavender bush, the wild goats or the birds. We went in mid April but the weather was still good and our two children who are 6 and 9 throughly enjoyed the pool, although it was a bit cold for me so early in the season. The views are amazing and there was still snow on the mountains. Don't forget your binoculars! You need a car to get around, but you could easily walk to the nearest village which is only 1.5 km away. There are lots of small shops and restaurants in the nearby towns of Almirida and Kylives, and beaches in both. We went to eat in the restaurant next to the glass factory (which is actually a glass artists shop) the food was excellent, all traditional Greek dishes and lots that were served tapas style, we ordered 8 dishes for two adults and two children, and struggled to eat it all there was so much, it was well worth a visit. Chania is only about 30 mins away and the old part of the town and harbour is beautiful with some good shops and cafes. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay there again!

"Perfect Hidden Villa!" We stayed at villa Helia for 2 weeks across July and August....I could not have found a better villa for our tastes. It is hidden away up a traditional Greek road with lovely big gardens and a fantastic large, deep pool. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and found the villa a perfect size to accommodate us all without feeling crowded. When I booked I was initially a little concerned it might be a little too exposed with no shady areas to hide in for the kids......needn't have worried, it was an ideal spot. My children are 5 and 7 and both of them improved their swimming ability incredibly on this holiday. Apart from the roman steps the shallow end of the pool is too deep for them to stand up in (1.4m) but this was great as it really encouraged them to swim. By the end of the holiday my 5yr old was swimming the entire length of the pool (could not swim more than half a meter before) and both kids were diving down to the 1.7m depth of the deep end. If like me you like privacy and feeling as if you are remote, while having the luxury of a short car ride to get to the closest Taverna's and beach (about 6mins) then this villa is ideal, I thoroughly recommend it!! Would love to visit again!

"quiet relaxing holiday with lovely sea view" We stayed at this apartment in June 2011, this was our second visit. The apartment is lovely and clean, well maintained and spacious for two people. The apartment is in an elevated position and the sea and surrounding views were wonderful. The beach is only a short stoll down the hill, though the return journey up the hill would not be suitable if you have walking difficulties. The small narrow beach was clean, quiet compared to Tsilivi and has some lovely beach side tavernas. What makes this holiday extra special is the owner ,Tenia. She can not do enough for you ,she is extremely helpful. On our first visit we didn't have a car. Tenia collected us from the airport and took us back at no extra charge, she even took us into Tsilivi to do our shopping. Her English is very good [though she might disagree] The large gardens are well kept and safe for young children. We will return again.

"Home from Home" From the moment we arrived to the sad day of our departure we were made to feel very welcome. All the family are so friendly and Chester the dog is certainly a loveable character. The Villa is beautifully furnished both inside and out and the pool was a welcome relief from the Cretan sun. Being so near to all the towns facilities was great and once the gate is closed behind you you feel that you are really private and it is surprisingly quiet. The beach is just a very short walk with plenty of places to eat of have a drink. We would love to go back one day.

"Breathtaking" The well equipped villa is exactly as described but no-one can describe how perfect this location is. We are a family with grandparents (60+) & children 8 & 11 and we all loved it here. It was lovely to visit the busy touristy parts of the island - which are in easy reach for daytime adventures - but to come home here to the peace. We never tired of watching the boats, sea, goats.... Xigia beach is easy to walk to and a little paradise without many tourists. The children loved swimming round to tiny beaches to collect shells. We will definitely return (we didn't see a turtle).

"Beautiful house, great location, marvelous garden, fabulous sea view" The house is situated in a huge garden with olive, pine and fig trees, where you can take a rest away from the high temprature. We enjoyed our morning coffees under the shade tree and on the balconies, which had a great view of the sunset. The house itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed, while everything was clean and well maintained. It's a good location for travelling to lots of historical places like Sparta or Olympia, as well as for visiting marvelous beaches, mountains and other interesting places. The owners were very kind & hospitable, and welcomed us with great enthusiasm. We spent one of our best holidays there, and we hope to return again!!
